How JTWhatsApp works

Its operation is really simple, as it works exactly the same as the official WhatsApp application, only in order to use the extra personalisation and privacy features that JTWhatsApp has, we will have to access each one and configure it as we wish.

This way, when you click on the 3 points on the top right, we access the settings menu, just like in the original WhatsApp, but from here we can access all the features of JTWhatsApp, some of them are already displayed in the menu itself, others we can see by clicking on JiMOds or MODs.

When you click on the JiMods or Mods option you will see several options appear: Privacy and Security, Themes, Universal, Main Screen, Chat Screen and WhatsApp Widgets. Click on the one you want to configure and activate or deactivate the options that interest you most.

How to update JTWhatsApp

If you already have this modification installed on your Android device, then update JTWhatsApp to the latest available version of the modification is really very simple, we just need to download (below are all the download links) the same package we have installed on our device and click it to have it installed.

Of course, it is highly recommended to make a backup of our chats before upgrading, although it never gives problems, but it could happen. So let’s go to “Menu > Settings > Chats > Backup”, this way if there is any problem we will have our backup to recover it by reinstalling.
