- From your tablet fo to http://www.whatsapp.com/android/
- Download the APK, if you want to do it, click on “Download Now”.
- Once installed WhatsApp, they will ask for a number of operating phone, enter the mobile phone number you want to use. On the tablet, after a while, we will see a message that tells us that “automatic detection of an SMS” does not work. Then leave us another message that will ask for confirmation for call us and give us the activation code. Click on YES.
- They will call on the phone and we gonna receive the activation code
- Enter the code and done. We can already enjoy Whatsapp on our tablet.
IMPORTANT – About WhatsApp for tablets (Android) without 3G:
Not all tablets WITHOUT 3G support this process, we will find fhe message: “WARNING: Currently can’t be used in tablets”, so you can’t install the application.

I have a samsung tab 3 7” and i’ve followed every step but i can’t seem to click the install button.
I’ve got Whatsapp APK to download and everything but when they give a list of permissions and i want to click install, it simply does not click? but when i click cancel, it cancels out but when i want to click install, it won’t select.
Is this because of the new update? Pls reply as soon as possible.

Why not have whats app for tablets ? What is stopping you guys from supporting tablets and even desktops ? There other apps doing more than what,s app offers so don’t get complacent

There is no button ‘Unknown Sources’. Also, there’s no button ‘Applications’ under Settings, so I looked under Apps instead of Applications. Android 4.2
