Among the news that are almost ready to be released to the public is WhatsApp Status, which comes to be like a wall where our photos and videos or texts that we choose for 24 hours, then disappear, a new way to “socialize” WhatsApp . It will be a new tab located on the main page between CHATS and CALLS, thus disappearing the CONTACTS tab.
We can revoke messages sent in WhatsApp
Another update we can find in this new update of WhatsApp for Android is that we have added two files related to the function to revoke the messages we send. In this case, the new files, besides deleting the messages, will announce that the message that we have sent or the one sent to us has been deleted.
If we decide to revoke a sent message, our contact will receive a warning on your device that will say “Message recalled” instead of that message or file that we had sent.
Internally this new update of WhatsApp comes with all the changes mentioned above, and is that its installation file APK has increased by 58 KB, with 450 files modified, in addition to adding 4 new files: “conversation_row_revoked_left.xml” and “conversation_row_revoked_right .xml “, related to the revoke messages sent,” my_statuses_row.xml “and” my_status.xml “, related to WhatsApp Status. Also added two new icons that you can see in the above screenshot, also related to WhatsApp Status, to see our States and the visits they have had.
