Description
The optimization of WhatsApp for Nokia continues and we have a new update, again in its BETA version, which comes to the new version 2.11.860. This is another update without official list of news or big apparent changes, as previously, but with the usual bug fixes that improve the overall performance of the application. On this platform is not available yet the option to disable the two blue check and the screen message info, but there are other options to avoid the two blue check in WhatsApp.
As always when launches an update of WhatsApp for Nokia public beta type, it is only available in the official page of the application. If when trying to download this latest beta version of WhatsApp for Nokia the previous version appears, refresh the page in your web browser (F5). Version 2.11.860 cannot be downloaded on Nokia E63 … What other options do I have?
It is extremly slow (Nokia N8). Have features that make it unusable (insert smiles is in little strip above mesage – i must scrolling) a text of writen message is then not visible
I’m having the same problem.
Doesn’t work with my Nokia (5800 XM S60) either. After reinstalling the mobile S60 system I was finally able to download thWhatsapp Messanger from OVI but after starting the update 2.11.860 resp. installing it I get always the same Error: “Datei fehlerhaft” (sorry: German Version) 🙂 -> File incorrect – Any ideas? Waitig for the update of the update?

I’ve some suggestions to make correction in whatsapp version of Nokia Symbian 2.11.860
–>It does not load messages automatically as soon as it connects to internet (need to manual refresh)
–>Multiple selection of messages is not possible in this version while android and iPhone gives this facility. (in order to delete messages or forward bulk messages simultaneously is not come to pass)
On Nokia 6120 classic sending a single photo from sd-card doesn’t work. I can go through the whole photo selecting dialog, but when I hit “Send” it just goes back to the chat and does nothing.
Although, sending a photo by directly using the camera works. And even more confusing: Selecting a batch of photos from the sd-card and sending them work, too!
Does anyone have experienced the same oder a similar behaviour? Any suggestions how to fix this?

By downloading whatsapp.jar n jad files , also i updated it to 2.11.7 but when i enter no. It shows certificate from other entity…kind of msg.
Please help out so i can enjoy whats app on it too.. Please reply.
